My company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Im committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals. 
I rarely have openings the day of, I book in two weeks advance, however that doesn't mean you cant get in the next day.
I don't take walk ins because I strive on doing business without stress, and I value everyone else's time as much as my own, so I want to get the best service possible!

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. If you fail to cancel within the 24 hours, you will receive a $25.00 charge on the taken at the time you booked your appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment it will be rescheduled. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. If time is critical to your schedule on a particular day, please make us aware of your schedule when scheduling your appointment. you will receive a $25.00 charge on the credit card taken at the time you booked your appointment.

Missed Appointments
In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.  you will receive a $25.00 charge on the credit card taken at the time you booked your appointment.

Confirmation Calls
As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your color appointments a business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

Groupon Deals
Groupon are only for first time clients only. Please, if there is a deal you see on groupon that you are interested in, contact the salon and we will match the price. Or in most cases give an even better deal.

Children Policy
As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon. The space is very limited so we ask to respect that

Fees
All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services. If you should conclude that you are unable to pay for all your services, we will gladly reschedule your appointment. 

Please Note - Credit for salon services is not an option

Karma Hair Salon Packages
TERM OF CONTRACT
 
The term of the Contract shall commence on the Effective Date (as defined below) and shall end on the Expiration Date identified in the Contract, subject to the other provisions of the Contract. The Effective Date shall be fixed by the Contracting Officer after the Contract has been fully executed by the Contractor and by the Commonwealth and all approvals required by Commonwealth contracting procedures have been obtained. The Contract shall not be a legally binding contract until after the Effective Date is affixed and the fully-executed Contract has been sent to the Contractor. The Contracting Officer shall issue a written Notice to Proceed to the Contractor directing the Contractor to start performance on a date which is on or after the Effective Date. The Contractor shall not start the performance of any work prior to the date set forth in the Notice to Proceed and the Commonwealth shall not be liable to pay the Contractor for any service or work performed or expenses incurred before the date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. No agency employee has the authority to verbally direct the commencement of any work under this Contract.

CANCELATION POLICY

We ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. If you fail to cancel within the 24 hours, you will receive a $25.00 charge on the credit card taken at the time you booked your appointment.
If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24hr period, and there is no credit card on file, you will loose one of your visits from your package.
If you cancel or reschedule on the same day as your appointment 3 consecutive times you give up the right of your deal. And obligated to pay the full amount for each procedure done.

Refunds
For packages purchased.
If you request a refund, or one is given. The refund would be given from the original price. not the promotion price.

4 unused.

Refund would be $65 
you loose the discount.
